Suzie has over 20 years experience in the trucking industry and is on call 24/7 to answer questions, report claims and assist with any problems that might arise regarding claims. Suzie’s expertise is in Truck Compliance and Safety Regulations. She consults with customers on claim issues regarding liability, physical damage and cargo. Suzie is an active participant in animal rescue, a member of the Humane Society and Sierra Club and a Friend of the St. Louis Zoo.

In addition to helping clients, Patti is responsible for programming applications and forms for the trucking department. Patti puts her trust in God and family. She likes to spend time with her dogs and enjoys camping, off-roading, traveling and quilting.

Cara has over 25 years experience in the trucking industry. She makes changes to equipment and driver policies and issues certificates to shippers. As a supervisor, Cara offers assistance and training to other customer service representatives and is available to answer questions as they arise. Cara is an active member of her community church and mother to three fabulous boys.

Kimberly has over 20 years insurance experience in both sales and customer service with over 16 years at PJC Insurance. She is the assistant to Lance Smith, Co-Owner of the agency. She provides customers with personal service, treating each request with top priority. Kimberly loves her church, where she teaches a third grade Sunday school class and enjoys volunteering as much as possible. She and her husband enjoy being outdoors and spending time with their children.

With a father who worked in the trucking and automotive industry, Amanda can easily empathizes with the drivers and their needs.

Martha A. Johns, CISR

Martha enjoys taking care of her trucking clients’ needs. She often assists her clients by taking insurance request calls, adding or removing vehicles and by providing certificates. Martha has over 40 years experience in the insurance industry and has been a member of PJC for the past 28 years. Martha is a proud member of the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives. She has four children and adores her five grandchildren. Martha is an active volunteer at the Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts.

Kelly Hull

Kelly has worked at PJC for a total of 19 years. Her diversified background in the trucking department includes 12 years invoicing, quality control and trucking claims. She currently serves as work overflow in both customer service and invoicing and specializes in accounts receivable. Kelly enjoys doing most anything with her family. She loves relaxing with a good movie or book and playing tennis.
